Manny Mederos is a Cuban American born artist that graduated from School of Visual Arts, majoring in Cartooning. He studied under industry professionals such as Klaus Janson, David Mazzucchelli, and Phil Jimenez. After graduating, Manny started his career with Marvel as a Production Artist in the infamous Bullpen. Creating vast amounts of comic logos, cover designs, and editorial design pages for titles like Daredevil, Avengers, Black Panther, Spider-Man, and more.
After Marvel, Manny joined Disney's Publishing Art Department where he focused on illustrating and Art Directing comics, graphic novels, books, and magazine titles for their Global program. He worked on film and TV series tie-in titles like Frozen 2 Graphic Novel, Coco Graphic Novel, Zootopia, Star Wars, Tangled: The Series, Nightmare Before Christmas, The Little Mermaid, Marvel's Moongirl & Devil Dinosaur book program, and many more.
In addition, Manny has worked on illustration Sketch Cards for collector Trading Card sets like Star Wars Galaxy, Marvel Masterpieces, Guardians of the Galaxy, Adventure Time, Ghost Busters for leading companies like Upper Deck, Topps, Cryptozoic Entertainment, just to name a few.
